How much does it cost for a balloon arch or garland?
Each event is different which is why it is important that all balloon decor needs are discussed prior to pricing out your event.
All pricing varies depending on length, types of balloons, Mylar, Confetti, Super Sized or specialty balloons and set up time. Balloon garlands can range anywhere from $25 to $35 and up per foot, floral, specialty balloons, chrome balloons are an additional cost. This does not include delivery and installation charges.

**Step 1: Inspiration Photos**
The first step in our journey together is for you to share any inspiration photos or ideas you have in mind. These images will serve as a valuable starting point for us to understand your style, preferences, and the overall look and feel you want to achieve. Whether it's a specific color palette, a particular theme, or a mood you want to convey, your inspiration photos will help us tailor our designs to your unique vision.

**Step 2: Securing Our Services**
Once we have a clear understanding of your vision, we will provide you with a detailed quote for our balloon decor services. This quote will include all the elements discussed, such as the type of balloons, colors, designs, and any additional services you may require.
To secure our services for your event, simply review the quote and let us know if you have any questions or would like to make any adjustments. Once you're satisfied with the proposal, we will guide you through the booking process. We operate on a first come first serve basis. 50% deposit is required to secure your date.
**Step 3: Mock-Up Design**
After securing our services, our talented team of balloon artists will start working on a mock-up design that brings your vision to life. We will create a detailed visual representation of the decor, allowing you to see exactly how it will look at your event. This step ensures that every detail is perfect and that you are completely satisfied with the design before we proceed.
We are committed to making this process as seamless and enjoyable as possible for you, and we value your input throughout the entire journey.
How far in advance should I book?
To ensure a seamless experience and to avoid any potential disappointment, we recommend reaching out to us once you have confirmed your event venue, or ideally, at least 3-6 weeks in advance of your event date. Contact us to check our availabilty we do our best to accomodate your scheduled date if we can. Booking well in advance, particularly during our peak seasons in spring and summer, is highly advisable.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens and things do not always go as planned. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit and the remaining balance is due 10 days prior to event date. In the event you should need to reschedule the deposit fee is honored for a period of 1 year toward your rescheduled event.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and sometimes events need to be canceled. Please take note of our cancellation policy for balloon decoration services:
1. Cancellation Notice:
- If you need to cancel the balloon decoration service please provide us with a written notice via email or phone call at least 72 hours before the scheduled event.
2. Refund Eligibility:
- If cancellation occurs within the designated timeframe, we will provide a partial refund.
- The refund will be issued after deducting any non-refundable deposits or expenses incurred for materials or planning.
3. Non-Refundable Deposits:
- A 50 % non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- The deposit amount will be communicated to you during the booking process and will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
4. Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled event or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Event Date Changes:
- If you need to reschedule the event, please inform us as soon as possible.
- We will make every effort to accommodate the new date and transfer any deposits or payments to the revised date without additional charges.
- If the rescheduled date is not feasible, the cancellation policy will apply.
Please note:
- Our cancellation policy applies to all balloon decoration services provided by Elevate Balloons.
- The refund will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds can take between 7-10 business days.

Will you come visit the venue with me?
We are more then happy to join you at the venue to get measurements for an additional fee. We encourage that you provide us with the measurements of the ceilings, or back drop and photo images of the space so that we can properly determine the scope of what you will need.

We accept all major Credit Cards, AMEX, Visa & Debit cards. We proudly offer Afterpay payment plans as a payment option for your convenience! We also offer Venmo, Cash App, and Apple Pay for your convenience.

WE USE THE FINEST QUALITY BALLOONS.
Our latex balloons are 100% biodegradable.
We have a beautiful collection of mylar balloons. Unfortunately, mylar balloons are not biodegradable, but they can be reused or brought back to us to recycle.
Do you deliver?
We are pleased to offer delivery services for your convenience. Please note that for locations outside a 10-mile radius of Santa Rosa, additional delivery fees will apply. Our team is committed to ensuring your order reaches you promptly and safely, and we will be happy to provide you with the details of any applicable delivery charges when you place your order.
Can I pick up my order?
We do not offer pick up for our balloon arrangments. Most arrangements will not fit in a standard vehicle. We deliver within a 25 mile radius of Santa Rosa, Ca we offer balloon services to all surrounding areas not limited to Healdsburg, Windsor, Petaluma, Rohnert Park, and more. Areas outside of this vicinity incur additional charges based on travel and additional mileage. Additional mileage fees will apply for deliveries outside of this area.
Weather
Garlands: Outdoor installs are amazing for photos! Please note that balloons will oxidize outdoors, creating a matte appearance. It can be windy! If it is, we recommend installing in an area protected from the wind, and in shaded areas or indoors.
Temperature affects balloons. They expand in the heat and “deflate” in cold temps. This is temporary. Your balloons may look less plump, but once returned to the warmth, you’ll hear your balloon fill back up to its normal state.
We reccomend that outdoor balloon installations are set up in a covered area. Sun exposure can have a significant impact on balloons. The UV rays in sunlight can cause the color of latex balloons to fade and become brittle over time, making them more likely to burst. Inflated balloons that are left in direct sunlight can also become overheated and burst, especially in hot weather. It's important to keep balloons out of direct sunlight as much as possible to ensure that they last as long as possible.
Drop & Go / installation tips
Always check surface for temperature and anything sharp before hanging your garland. Watch out for tree branches, chandeliers, hot lights, hot surfaces, doorways, pets, etc… Please handle your balloons with care so they do not pop.
Wipe down surface to clean it from dust and dirt, and dry thoroughly.
Take garland out of bag. Look at its shape, and decide how you want it to hang.
Press command hook to surface for several seconds.
There is fishing line on each side of the garland. Tie the fishing line through hook and tie a knot 3-4 times to secure.
Repeat steps 4-5 to secure other side of garland.
Balloons may have shifted during transport. Feel free to move the balloons around.

How to Remove Command Hooks: Pull the white tab slowly straight down until hook releases from the wall.
Product and Service Statement
Elevate Balloons cannot guarantee the lifespan of your balloons after they are delivered. All balloon sales are final.
Balloons, balloon decorations are, by nature, temporary items; although, we only the finest quality balloons, some balloons will occasionally deflate sooner than expected, and will also be adversely affected by wind, rain, rough handling, cold, heat, sunlight, and other uncontrollable factors.
Due to the unexpected circumstances that can occur with any event, we reserve the right to make changes only in the best interest of our clients.
Weather Clause
In the event that the weather becomes an issue for your event, client may have a “raincheck” if they contact us 72 hours prior to their install.
Outdoor Installation: If weather will negatively affect balloons and/or safety becomes an issue, our design team will work with you to find an alternate location
